Admission Control in Browser-Native Media Processing

A browser application reported a 92% success rate for video processing, but this figure was misleading as it only included videos that entered the processing engine. Videos exceeding limits were excluded from the denominator, creating a false sense of success. By redefining success to include user attempts and adjusting admission control based on device capabilities, task completion increased by up to 6%.
