My Agent Kept Writing Sleep Loops, So I Gave It a Better Primitive
A solution was developed for the issue of agents writing sleep loops.
After deploying a change, the agent wrote a sleep loop to confirm the new version was live. However, this loop often failed to provide accurate results, highlighting the need for a better primitive. Consequently, a new plugin called opencode-waitfor was developed, allowing the agent to check the status of the target more accurately.
