GPU-Tile-SIM is a GPU simulation framework that offers high accuracy for LLM workloads in hardware-software co-design.

Modern large language model (LLM) workloads increasingly depend on optimized GPU kernels through hardware-software co-design. GPU-Tile-SIM presents a simulation framework that accounts for the dependency structure and computation-memory overlap to enhance kernel performance. Evaluated on A100 and H100, GTSim achieves high modeling accuracy.
