A private genomics study using Stoffel MPC demonstrates data analysis without collecting DNA.
Genomic studies typically require participants to upload their DNA data. However, a new initiative using Stoffel MPC explores whether useful results can be achieved without collecting genetic information. This proof of concept successfully computed aggregate allele counts from one hundred simulated participants without exposing their complete datasets.
