I Developed an Efficient Maven Scheduler for Maximum Parallel Module Builds

While analyzing the performance of Maven multi-module builds, I discovered that modules with dependencies are built sequentially, limiting parallel execution. This is particularly problematic as testing is often the most time-consuming phase. To tackle this, I created a custom scheduler that allows downstream dependencies to be scheduled immediately after packaging, enabling parallel test execution.
