Improving HTML to DOCX Conversion Efforts
Achieve high fidelity and efficiency in HTML to DOCX conversion with dom-docx.
The author developed an open-source package called dom-docx to enhance the HTML to DOCX conversion process. A scoring loop was created to evaluate conversion quality by converting HTML test cases to DOCX and comparing the results for continuous improvement. The results indicate that dom-docx offers higher editability and visual fidelity compared to existing alternatives.
