PrismML has launched the Bonsai 27B model, featuring efficient 1-bit and ternary structures.
PrismML has introduced the Bonsai 27B model, which efficiently operates on laptops and phones using 1-bit and ternary structures of Qwen3.6-27B. Unlike traditional low-bit models, weights are converted into codes, significantly reducing the model size. The ternary version achieves 94.6% of FP16 performance while utilizing 5.9GB, and the 1-bit version delivers 89.5% performance at 3.9GB.
