Rust-Oleum Reflective Paint Fails to Block License Plate Recognition

The viral claim that Rust-Oleum 214944 reflective spray can block license plate recognition (LPR) has been tested by IPVM. The tests, conducted across various thicknesses and conditions, revealed that the spray had no impact on the performance of five different LPR systems. Results showed consistent plate readability regardless of the coating applied, debunking the misconceptions propagated on social media.
