The Svelte 5 compiler is now in Rust, providing speed and compatibility.
The Svelte 5 compiler has been rewritten in Rust, offering the same JS output as svelte/compiler but approximately 9 times faster. It is currently a work-in-progress and not production-ready, with potential bugs.
