Alibaba Cloud Uses AI to Reduce Its AI Usage

Alibaba Cloud has developed a system to analyze customer support queries that often avoids using large language models, claiming it is faster, cheaper, and more accurate. The tool, named DualLane, processes incoming tickets on both fast and slow paths, efficiently resolving high-frequency scenarios. Results indicate that DualLane outperforms other scheduling tools with a high accuracy rate of 96.5%.
